Important Notice Regarding National Visa Work Appointment Slots via BLS International
This important notice is addressed for all applicants applying for Polish National Visas from the Philippines.
We are aware of the recent challenges many applicants have faced in securing appointment slots through our service provider, BLS International.
Please be informed of the following clarifications to address these concerns:
1. Appointment Allocation Process
Appointment slots are allocated based on the directives of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila and are released on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants can schedule or reschedule appointments according to the guidelines provided on the BLS International website for Poland Visa Application Centers
(https://blspolandvisa.com/).
2. Enhancements – Video Verification, Passport and Photo Liveliness
This feature is to ensure fairness, making sure that all applicants lodge their own appointment. Other security features include uploading the passport to match the actual applicant.
3. QR Appointment Verification at the VAC
This is another feature implemented at the BLS Center to ensure fake appointments are verified
through this verification process.
4. BLS International's Role
It is important to note that BLS International does not control or influence the number of daily appointment slots released. The organization’s role is limited to facilitating the application process as per the instructions provided by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila.
5. Unauthorized Sale of Appointment Slots
We have received reports of unauthorized third parties or establishments selling appointment slots. The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila strongly condemns such fraudulent activities and advises applicants not to engage with or support these intermediaries. BLS International does not endorse or participate in such practices.
Any fraudulent activities can be reported to our official email ID: info.poland@blshelpline.com
6. Complaint Resolution
While we understand the frustration these challenges may cause, complaints related to slot availability should not be directed toward BLS International, as their control ends once slots are publicly released.
Accusations of fraudulent behavior against BLS International are unfounded. Any fraudulent activities can be reported to info.poland@blshelpline.com
Please immediately notify the Police or other local law enforcement agency with any evidence you have on irregularities and scams!
7. Number of Appointment Slots
Booking of appointments for visa applications to Poland is only possible through the BLS International website for Poland Visa Application Centers, with the authorized service fee as stated on our website
(https://blspolandvisa.com/).
No additional processing fees are charged. If anyone has demanded other fees for submitting your visa application, please immediately notify the Police or other local law enforcement agency.
Both the Polish Embassy and BLS International empathize with the difficulties faced by applicants and are committed to working together to enhance the visa application process. At the moment, however, the Embassy does not have the possibility to secure additional visa appointments.
Please notify the Police or local enforcement authorities immediately with evidence of scams or irregularities!
Warning: Suspicious visa intermediaries!
We strongly advise you to book your visa appointment slots using only the official BLS International website:
appointment.blspolandvisa.com
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila cooperates only with the BLS International

Do not pay any fees to such agencies or anyone claiming to secure appointments for you!
